## About the Role

Are you a senior infrastructure engineer who enjoys owning technology, leading projects and being the subject matter expert people turn to when something complex needs fixing?

## Description

* Leading infrastructure projects from design through to implementation
 * Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
 * Handling escalated tickets and operational incidents
 * Installing, configuring and engineering infrastructure platforms
 * Taking ownership of a specialist technology area
 * Supporting infrastructure across a global organisation
 * Working closely with colleagues in the UK, US and other international locations
 * Using Scripting and automation to improve administration and operational efficiency
 * Participating in occasional out-of-hours calls where business-critical issues require support

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

 * VMware, Hyper-V and/or Nutanix
 * PowerShell or comparable Scripting technologies
 * Enterprise infrastructure engineering
 * Windows-based infrastructure environments
 * Storage, IAM, messaging or other core infrastructure services
 * Troubleshooting complex production environments
 * Working across geographically distributed or global organisations

Nutanix experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong VMware or Hyper-V experience will be considered equally relevant.

Experience within a professional services or legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
