## Description

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineer in the Functional Development team, you will derive and manage requirements, support design and certification, and contribute to programme delivery. You'll engage with stakeholders including the Poland programme and aid engineering change management across complex systems. This role blends requirements engineering, certification activities, and project support within a defence context. You'll gain breadth across multiple engineering activities and influence customer outcomes in a challenging, impact-driven environment.
