## Description

Experteer Overview In this position you own the electrical test solution lifecycle for new defense/aerospace products, guiding design, development, and validation. You collaborate across design, lab work, and production to deliver automated test solutions. The role blends software (LabVIEW/TestStand) and hardware execution, with hands-on debugging and vendor/customer interaction. You will drive test strategy, verification, and production transitions, enabling scalable, reliable testing that supports mission-critical hardware.
