Technical Leadership * Serve as the field technical expert for structured cabling and fiber optic infrastructure deployments. * Review drawings, specifications, and installation designs to ensure successful implementation. * Resolve field issues, design conflicts, and scope gaps in partnership with engineering teams. * Support BOM reviews, design validation, and as-built documentation. Fiber Optic & Network Infrastructure * Oversee fiber optic installation, testing, certification, and troubleshooting activities. * Validate OTDR and OLTS test results and ensure compliance with project standards. * Support inside plant and outside plant (OSP) fiber deployments. * Ensure network connectivity infrastructure is installed according to design and industry best practices. Quality Assurance & Vendor Management * Conduct installation audits, inspections, and QA/QC reviews throughout project execution. * Verify contractor work meets design specifications, quality standards, and code requirements. * Manage vendor performance, track milestones, and ensure timely project delivery. * Support contractor selection, oversight, and installation quality reviews.
