Education- 2-year degree or completion of a specialized course of study OR 5 years of related experience., * Infrastructure: Microsoft Windows Server, virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. * Identity & Productivity: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI. * Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Windows Autopilot, mobile device management (MDM), endpoint compliance, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protection solutions. * Networking: Enterprise switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, wireless networking, VPN technologies, firewalls, and Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN). * Security & Automation: Multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity and access management (IAM), Microsoft Defender, vulnerability management, PowerShell, scripting, and automation. * Business Systems: Symitar core banking platform, Microsoft Office applications, enterprise monitoring, and IT service management (ITSM) solutions. Regular attendance and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. ## Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of Rio Grande Credit Union's technology infrastructure. This position supports enterprise systems, servers, cloud services, networking, endpoint management, and business applications to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations.
