## Description

Experteer Overview In this Senior Software Engineer role, you drive the design and execution of rigorous testing for Flight and Ground software across all-digital and hardware-in-the-loop environments. You lead verification efforts, mentor engineers, and shape the testing strategy within the Aerospace Software Engineering Group. You collaborate with flight, ground, and GNC teams to ensure software readiness for launch vehicles and facilities. You'll push continuous improvement of testing processes and contribute to the team's strategic direction.
