Skill Level Requirements * Strong hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including hybrid cloud, virtualization, and modern compute/storage platforms. * Advanced knowledge of technologies such as hypervisors, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and software-defined data center (SDDC). * Proven ability to design and position solutions across Data Center, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Networking, and Security domains. * Experience with enterprise technologies such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Veeam, and public cloud platforms. * Solid understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability architectures. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. * Experience supporting pre-sales environments, including solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validations. This role involves building technical relationships with OEMs, providing training to sales teams and customers, managing the solution practice pipeline, and engaging with various client contacts to identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services spaces. This position is a remote position required to reside in the surrounding New York City area to support business needs as determined by SHI management.
