 * GitHub packaging
 * Packaging for Windows (MSA, portable zip, etc.)
 * Windows WSL familiarity
 * PKI infrastructure and X.509 certificates
 * Unit testing
 * Software Development lifecycle, * An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
 * SWE1 =BS + 7 years experience
