This position focuses on maintaining workstation, server, and access management environments while resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, directory services, and end-user support tools, along with a proactive approach to system security and service quality., * Provide frontline and escalated technical support for desktop, server, and access-related issues across the organization. * Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory to maintain secure and appropriate access. * Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 environments to ensure stable system performance. * Configure, deploy, and maintain Dell hardware and related endpoint technology used by employees. * Manage and resolve issues involving Citrix-based access, application delivery, and remote user connectivity. * Monitor service requests and incidents, document resolutions clearly, and follow established support procedures. * Assist with system maintenance activities, security controls, and operational updates that affect end-user computing environments. * Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify recurring issues and improve support efficiency and reliability.
