## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Energy & Utilities (E&U) applications.
 * Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills with experience troubleshooting database-related issues.
 * Experience with production support, debugging, and log analysis.
 * Understanding of application integrations, APIs, and data flow processes.
 * Basic scripting/programming experience (Shell scripting or Java preferred).
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Experience:

 * Experience supporting utility or energy sector applications.
 * Experience with ADMS, OMS, CIS, or Work Management systems.
 * Exposure to monitoring tools, automation, and cloud platforms.
 * Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical application support environments.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Provide production application support for utility systems including ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management platforms.
 * Troubleshoot application issues through SQL/PLSQL analysis, debugging, log reviews, and root cause analysis.
 * Support system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
 * Analyze incidents, identify solutions, and provide timely communication during critical production events.
 * Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve application issues.
 * Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as JIRA.
