Review project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Ensure quality and completeness of application discovery and documentation. Mainframe Code Analysis & Reverse Engineering Analyze and reverse engineer complex legacy applications to identify business processes, application functionality, and technical dependencies. Perform application inventory and portfolio assessment. Identify program-to-program, batch, online, database, and external interface dependencies. Derive business rules and functional workflows from legacy code. Create application architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system documentation. Support automated and manual code discovery activities. Technical Expertise + Provide SME guidance on IBM Mainframe technologies including, + Work closely with customer SMEs, business users, architects, and modernization teams. + Conduct technical workshops, requirement discussions, and knowledge transfer sessions. + Present findings, recommendations, and analysis reports to leadership stakeholders. + Act as the primary technical escalation point for mainframe-related issues.
