## Description

The IMS Technician will be responsible for assisting the Senior IMS Analyst with day-to-day activities supporting the Newton Cable Plant., * Interact with customer to gather and define system/solution requirements

 * Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IMS devices, printers, scan guns, servers, etc.
 * Review and update document repository in SharePoint for AI enablement
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems that may have a significant impact on the business
 * Support IMS projects
