Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure high-quality support. They are running a large project for their lifecycle refresh of 1200 devices. They will have 3000 phone devices that need to be replaced by end of year ahead of their Windows 12 migration.
