This position will have the opportunity to serve as Scrum Master as well as Technical Product Owner to take on developing innovative solutions in partnership with other IT teams or Vendors., Collaborate with business areas and product owners to understand their needs and ensure effective translation into backlog stories (both user and technical) Analyzes issues to be solved within an enterprise and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes through the use of IT Understands and documents business requirements and user requirements to ensure system designs meets business needs. Documents functional requirements that describe the system, process, or product to fulfill business requirements. Responsible for functional design of application systems across all technologies and platform s. Translates user requirements to process and data requirements. Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms. Provides broad understanding of platforms and applications across all technologies. Functions as an IT advisor to the business units. Become and remain knowledgeable on key business processes and systems and how they operate integrate Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release Sprint Goals Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
