* Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 3-8+ years of business development or sales experience in the US IT Staffing industry.
 * Proven experience acquiring new direct clients and generating staffing requirements.
 * Strong understanding of IT staffing, recruitment processes, and consulting services.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
 * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business growth for our IT Staffing and Consulting division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, developing strategic relationships, and generating staffing opportunities with direct clients across the United States. The candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong networking skills, and have a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry., * Identify, prospect, and acquire new direct clients for IT staffing and consulting services.

 * Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
 * Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
 * Develop a strong pipeline of staffing requirements and convert opportunities into active accounts.
 * Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and staffing contracts.
 * Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
 * Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
 * Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
 * Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
 * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings., * Generate new direct client accounts consistently.
 * Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
 * Increase the company''s market presence within the US IT staffing industry.
 * Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
 * Collaborate effectively with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements.
