## Description

Experteer Overview As Director, Advanced Robotics Systems in the Analog Garage, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to conceive, prototype, and translate robotic technologies into customer-ready solutions. You drive architecture, roadmaps, and ensure rapid progression from concept to working prototypes and potential productization. You'll partner with customers, startups, and universities to harvest emerging technologies, while shaping the robotics portfolio and future of ADI. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic direction in a fast, collaborative environment.
