Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a portfolio of back-end and distributed systems projects, guiding a team of experienced engineers to deliver cloud-based, regulatory-compliant solutions. You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive transformation and enable financial empowerment for millions of users. You'll stay at the forefront of technology, mentor others, and contribute to coding and code evaluation as needed. This position combines leadership, hands-on engineering, and strategic impact within Capital One's cloud-first initiatives.
