## Description

Experteer Overview As Applications Team Leader, you will lead a group of Applications Engineers in the semiconductor test domain, guiding performance, training, and project delivery. You will provide technical leadership on test program and hardware development, while coaching the team and driving process improvements. You will coordinate multi-site support for customers and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries. You will work with global teams to meet goals and shape customer-focused solutions.
