## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams, providing tasking and assisting with prioritization of efforts for secure DoW projects
 * Experience with Enterprise IT, sof tware development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management
 * Experience with projects using an Agile met hodology, Scrum, or Kanban
 * Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
 * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
 * TS/SCI clearance
 * HS diploma or GED
 * Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) or Professional Scrum Master ( PSM ) Certification

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with Artifi cia l Intelligence and Machine Learning
 * Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
 * Experience leading client delivery e nga gements and working with senior-level military client management
 * Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google cloud environments
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
