## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and development of custom rigging equipment and structural systems to meet project needs. You will steer planning, design, and implementation while ensuring safety standards and deliverables are met. You will collaborate with project managers, field experts, and production teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement. You will contribute to safer, more efficient crane and rigging solutions with a tangible impact on project outcomes.
