We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and highly motivated Senior SE-MEM Engineer to support high volume, fast ramp data-center productions, focusing on sophisticated HBM technologies. At NVIDIA, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to work on world-class projects, drive innovation, and collaborate with exceptionally skilled teams! What you'll be doing: + Partnering with MEM suppliers to conduct process improvement efforts involving engineering data examination. These efforts include device optimizations, detailed process weakness improvements, electrical test analyses, and process and Fab qualifications. + Communicating clearly with internal engineering departments and MEM suppliers to secure smooth integration and process advancement. + Applying your engineering knowledge of DRAM Testing and working with DRAM circuit and physical build.
