## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support.

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
 * Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, compliance).
 * Knowledge of SharePoint Online support.
 * Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, LAN).
 * Familiarity with data center operations and hardware.
 * Experience with ITSM and asset management tools., * 3-7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
 * ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
 * Microsoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications (preferred)., * EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support: 3 years (Required)
