## About the Role

* Basic knowledge of data center environments or IT hardware.
 * Experience with structured cabling, rack and stack, or low-voltage installations preferred.
 * Ability to read and follow installation documentation.
 * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
 * Able to lift equipment, work in rack spaces, and stand for extended periods.
 * Commitment to following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Preferred Experience

 * Copper and fiber cabling.
 * Data center, telecommunications, or low-voltage installation experience.
 * Familiarity with rack infrastructure, power distribution, or cooling systems is a plus.

## Description

We are hiring Data Center Field Installation Technicians to support large-scale data center deployments. This is a hands-on role responsible for installing servers, network equipment, and structured cabling while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to quality standards., * Build and prepare equipment racks, including rails, PDUs, cable management, and labeling.

 * Rack and stack servers, storage, and network equipment.
 * Install and route copper and fiber structured cabling.
 * Connect A/B power feeds and assist with airflow and cooling installations.
 * Follow installation drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
 * Perform basic quality checks and report installation issues.
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
