Senior systems engineer responsible for end-to-end design, integration, and verification of mission-critical law enforcement capabilities in AWS Cloud and hybrid (cloud/on-prem) environments. Translates operational requirements into system-level designs and testable requirements; develops and maintains core SE artifacts (requirements, traceability, specifications, diagrams, test plans, baselines); leads integration and system-level testing across applications, data, infrastructure, and security; and drives transition to operations. Partners with the Systems Architect on technical design, ensures compliance with federal security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, DOJ), and improves systems engineering practices on the program.
