 * Cloud Operations, Incident Management, Performance Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis, A senior Cloud Engineer SME with hands-on experience managing large-scale AWS and GCP environments, implementing observability solutions, and leading enterprise cloud monitoring initiatives.
