This individual will join a highly technical Identity & Access Management team responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise identity ecosystem. The role will initially focus on operational IAM support, troubleshooting complex identity challenges, and learning the existing environment, while gradually transitioning into a balanced engineering and operations position. The ideal candidate is an engineer first, with hands-on experience across identity platforms such as Okta and SailPoint, and the ability to automate processes through scripting and code. This person will work on identity integrations, governance initiatives, automation projects, and configuration-as-code efforts while helping modernize IAM practices. Candidates who have leveraged AI tools to improve engineering workflows and who are interested in emerging non-human identity initiatives will be especially attractive.
