This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-focused approach to IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Infrastructure Management: * Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. * Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, operating systems, and applications. 2. Network and Security Administration: * Administer and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks, to ensure connectivity, performance, and security. * Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. 3. System Administration and Support: * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards. 4. IT Strategy and Planning: * Develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps to support business objectives and drive innovation and efficiency. * Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for technology investments and enhancements. 5.
