This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives, from small-scale business change through to large enterprise-wide transformation programmes. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong technical project delivery experience and can champion successful outcomes from inception through to completion., * Proven experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes from initiation through to successful completion. * Extensive stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation. * Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional project teams. * Strong background in project planning, governance, budgeting and resource management. * Experience developing business cases and managing benefits realisation. * Strong financial management and procurement experience. * Experience managing suppliers, including nearshore and offshore delivery teams. * Knowledge of RFI and RFP processes and supplier selection. * Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. * Proficiency with project management methodologies, software and collaboration tools. * Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and technologies. * Experience mentoring or coaching Project Managers would be highly desirable. ## Description As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
