Experience * 10+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience. * Strong offshore operations and/or maintenance background, preferably in deepwater environments. * Experience supporting capital projects, commissioning, startup, or operational readiness activities preferred. Technical Skills * Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and 3D models. * Strong knowledge of offshore production, utility, and safety systems. * Familiarity with MOC, HAZOP, PSSR, and risk management processes. * Experience with SAP or other CMMS platforms. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, critical spares management, and asset integrity practices. * Understanding of commissioning, startup, system completion, and punch list management. * Basic knowledge of project scheduling, cost management, reliability principles, and root cause analysis., * T-2 Certificate preferred., * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to travel offshore and to onshore facilities for site visits, readiness reviews, commissioning, and startup support. ## Description The Operational Readiness Lead ensures that new facilities, equipment, and systems are designed, commissioned, and handed over to Operations in a safe, reliable, and fully operational state.
