Preferred Experience: * Experience in higher education, educational technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or related product environments. * Experience with product management, research, analytics, collaboration, and planning tools such as Productboard, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems. * Experience with accessibility, WCAG guidelines, inclusive design, or platform quality expectations. * Agile Product Owner certification or demonstrated experience working in agile product delivery environments. ## Description As a Product Owner within Platform, this role is responsible for a defined product, capability, experience, or service area. Under the direction of a Director, the Product Owner partners with users, stakeholders, Engineering, Design, Content, Academic Design, Data, Operations, and related teams to conduct discovery, prioritize work, support roadmap execution, and deliver measurable customer and business value. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. It requires up to 20% travel for the year.
