Beyond providing regular operational support (triaging alerts, and working assigned user stories, incidents, and tasks), you will maintain product and process documentation and diagrams, support business continuity planning, and help uphold process and security compliance, including access and permissions control. You will assist with system monitoring and alerting, with an opportunity to potentially lead day-to-day vendor interactions for your workstream. You will also be responsible for system upgrades and patching, applying ITIL practice throughout.
