## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive environmental and hardware testing within a cross-functional team to meet program commitments. You lead lab operations, ensure compliance, and push continuous improvement in test processes. You will design and execute vibration, thermal, and other environmental tests while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing to meet schedule and quality goals. This is an onsite Goleta, CA position with a strong focus on safeguarding confidential materials and adhering to aerospace standards.
