## Description

As a Java Architect & Program Manager, you will provide technical leadership and drive the successful delivery of complex software development programs. You will bridge engineering and business teams, guiding architecture decisions, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals., * Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs.

 * Provide technical leadership on Java-based architectures, integrations, and application modernization initiatives.
 * Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
 * Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
 * Drive architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with long-term business and technology strategies.
 * Establish program governance, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting processes.
 * Support CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, and DevOps best practices.
 * Champion adoption of microservices, cloud-native technologies, containerization, and automated testing.
 * Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
 * Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
