Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Management of License Servers (RDS, Zemax, SolidWorks, FlexLM, LMTools). + Troubleshooting VPN. Education & Certifications + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. + ITAR, ITIL, Microsoft, and cloud certifications are highly desirable. ## Description IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Administrator to join its expanding IT team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and securing global infrastructure in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, self-driven, and capable of supporting business systems and services that meet organizational goals and service-level agreements (SLAs)., + Administer and support infrastructure services, including Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Nutanix, VMware, Veeam Backup, Manage Engine, MDM platforms, and Box. + Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Purview, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD. + Manage identity and access solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). + Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and Google Workspace (G Suite) to Microsoft 365 migrations. + Administer AWS environments, including licensing, platform deployment, and connectivity. + Maintain tenant security controls and spam-filtering systems. + Monitor infrastructure and business applications to proactively identify and resolve issues. + Ensure infrastructure systems meet security, compliance, and data integrity standards. + Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues. + Manage assigned projects, provide weekly status updates, and identify risks before they impact timelines. + Create and maintain system configuration and troubleshooting documentation. + Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. + Lead vulnerability remediation efforts and system patching cycles. + Manage, triage, and resolve IT support tickets while meeting SLA targets. + Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain infrastructure hardware and systems. + Participate in outage and incident response bridge calls as needed. + Knowledge of Hello systems or visitation software is helpful. ## Related Videos - [Docker network without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1418-docker-network-without-docker) - [Photonic Computing: Programming a New Class of AI Accelerators (incl.
