## About the Role

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 13+ years of relevant experience).

 * 5+ years total relevant experience (can be inclusive of below experience requirements)
 * 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
 * 1+ year of ServiceNow MidServer administration experience.
 * Experience with Unix/Linux server administration.
 * Understanding of network protocols and connectivity relevant to MidServer operations.
 * US Citizen or Green Card holder
 * Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred:

 * Experience in a federal IT environment
 * Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Impactful team player who looks to enable the team to the end goal

## Description

* Plan and execute all System Administrative tasks related to ServiceNow MidServer operations.
 * Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain MidServer instances across the enterprise environment.
 * Monitor MidServer health, connectivity, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
 * Support Discovery configurations and ensure MidServer-based integrations function reliably.
 * Administer Unix/Linux server environments supporting the MidServer infrastructure.
 * Coordinate with CMDB and Discovery teams on probe configuration and data feeds.
 * Maintain documentation for MidServer configurations and maintenance procedures.
 * Ensure MidServer security patching compliance with federal standards.
