## About the Role

* Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to address support needs, implement changes, and resolve system-related challenges. Requirements * At least 3 years of experience supporting ERP platforms in a manufacturing setting.

 * Hands-on experience working with AS/400, IBM i, or iSeries environments.

 * Practical knowledge of ERP system administration, including configuration, user support, and issue resolution.

 * Understanding of core manufacturing and supply chain processes such as production, inventory control, purchasing, or order management.

 * Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate solutions clearly with both technical and non-technical users.

 * Experience with reporting, data extraction, or query development to support operational needs.

 * Familiarity with configuration management, business requirements documentation, or related technical support practices is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®

## Description

* Provide day-to-day administration and support for AS/400-based ERP systems, ensuring stable and reliable application performance.

 * Investigate and resolve technical issues related to applications, reporting, system functionality, and user access.

 * Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and better system usage.

 * Manage system settings, security permissions, master data quality, and internal documentation to maintain an accurate and controlled environment.

 * Create and maintain queries, operational reports, and data extracts to support business decision-making and daily operations.

 * Participate in system updates, enhancements, integrations, and testing activities to support ongoing platform improvement.
