Travel Requirements * Occasional travel, up to 15%. * Flexibility to accommodate additional hours or travel based on project needs. ## Description The Senior Implementation Project Manager-Team Lead is responsible for both the successful delivery of enterprise software implementations and the leadership of the implementation project management team. This role combines hands-on project execution with team leadership, process development, and performance management. This individual will drive excellence across all implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. They will establish and enforce standards, develop repeatable processes, and lead continuous improvement efforts to scale and strengthen the implementation function. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to elevate team performance, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
