## About the Role

 * Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
 * 5+ years in IT consulting or technology diligence roles
 * Proven experience in BPO or tech-intensive industries
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and architecture
 * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
 * Proficiency in IT project management tools and data visualization platforms
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Ability to operate in fast-paced, deal-driven environments, * Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Subject to the program and location of the position

 * Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

## Description

* Assess IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliance readiness
 * Evaluate technology costs, scalability, and system compatibility
 * Lead IT integration and separation planning
 * Identify risks and opportunities for IT modernization and consolidation.
 * Conduct IT capability maturity assessments
 * Conduct IT maturity assessments and recommend governance frameworks.
 * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
