## About the Role

* 1-3 years of digital media experience
 * Experience as a production assistant or similar field
 * Knowledge of the podcast industry
 * Has strong editorial instinct with the ability to create short-form clips from broader podcast moments
 * Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
 * Knowledge of CBS News and CBS Sports; Client has rights to (NFL, CFB, CBB, Golf, UFC, WNBA, Soccer)
 * Having a deep knowledge of CBS's podcast network is a plus.

## Description

* Upload full podcast episodes to Client is a Plus.
 * Partner with producers to publish podcast clips as VOD and vertical videos.
 * Collaborate daily with product and key stakeholders to review performance.
 * Partner with marketing to explore promotional opportunities.
 * Communicate daily with the client's teams to ensure publishing is running smoothly.
 * Track data and communicate performance to the broader group, including key stakeholders.
 * Provide updates in meetings with key stakeholders such as production, marketing, editorial, and sales.
 * Coordinate with Client on the creation of backend publishing needs to launch Podcast show pages and playlists.
