## About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, create dashboards, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve business performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

 * Strong proficiency in:

 * SQL
 * Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
 * Power BI or Tableau
 * Programming knowledge in:

 * Python (Pandas, NumPy)
 * R (optional)
 * Strong understanding of:

 * Data Modeling
 * Data Cleaning
 * Data Visualization
 * Statistical Analysis
 * Experience with relational databases:

 * SQL Server
 * PostgreSQL
 * MySQL
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
 * Experience with cloud platforms:

 * AWS
 * Azure
 * Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
 * Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
 * Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
 * Familiarity with Git and version control., + $26.00 per hour
