Preferred Experience * Experience supporting CFO-led or enterprise-wide transformation programs. * Background in operations, IT-enabled transformation, or ERP environments. * Exposure to multi-site or complex organizational structures. * PMP, or similar certification (preferred, not required). ## Description Bonduelle Americas is seeking a highly structured Program Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Finance, Operations, IT, and the broader business. This role serves as a shared resource for the CFO and SVP of Strategy & Transformation, providing execution discipline, financial visibility, and governance across multiple, interconnected workstreams.This position is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings order to ambiguity, and ensures leaders have a clear, fact-based view of progress, risks, and results.This is not a single-project role.
