## Description

This opportunity is with a large scale materials manufacturer operating a high security, ITAR controlled production facility in Hemlock, Michigan. The site produces advanced materials used in solar and semiconductor applications and is currently in a performance improvement and operational turnaround phase, making this a chance to help shape how the plant measures and improves output.

What You'll Do

 * Build, manage, and optimize operator performance tracking programs
 * Analyze production and operator performance data to find improvement opportunities
 * Support performance incentive and payout programs tied to operator metrics
 * Build, modify, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
 * Interpret manufacturing data and recommend actions to improve productivity
 * Partner with IT to enhance reporting and visualization tools
 * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
 * Document reporting processes and data definitions for ongoing support
 * Help standardize metrics and reporting structures across teams
 * Provide insights based on data analysis to support operational improvements
