Core Competencies * Deep understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts: taxonomy design, retention policies, legal holds, ACL security mapping, and metadata inheritance. * Experience handling legacy formats (TIFF, multi-page PDFs, legacy image formats) and text recognition quality tuning (deskewing, noise reduction, image optimization). * Demonstrated ability to conduct data audit reports, volume reconciliation, and compliance validation post-migration. Education & Certifications * Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). * Preferred Certifications: * OpenText Content Server / xECM Certified Consultant or Administrator * Kofax / ABBYY / OpenText Capture Center Professional Certification Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure) for OpenText implementations. * Background in SAP / OpenText xECM integrations. * Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Life Sciences). ## Description We are seeking an experienced OpenText & OCR Data Migration Consultant to lead the extraction, transformation, optical character recognition (OCR) enrichment, and migration of large-scale unstructured document repositories into OpenText platforms.
