## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the software test automation discipline within the Aeronautics Systems CoTE, shaping tools, processes, and metrics to deliver reliable, verifiable software across programs. You lead strategic initiatives for test automation, shift-left testing, and a Test as Code culture, enabling scalable, reusable engineering practices. You work with cross-program teams to raise the bar on performance and quality, using an AI-augmented software factory approach. This is a leadership-focused, impact-driven position at the heart of NGAS software excellence.
