## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop, configure, test, and support the Spectrum Power 7 Operator Training Simulator for global customers. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate customer requirements into robust software enhancements for energy management systems. You'll tackle testing, troubleshooting, and deployment challenges across factory and site environments, with opportunities to influence product delivery and customer success. This position offers hybrid work, travel, and a chance to impact operator training within a major energy-management platform.
