Experteer Overview In this Staff Data Engineer role, you lead a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable data pipelines and data platforms that support Stripe's decision-making and business metrics. You work closely with product, Go-To-Market and other teams to curate canonical datasets and data warehouses, while leveraging AI/LLM at scale to tackle ambiguous problems. You'll recruit, mentor, and drive cross-functional initiatives with a focus on data quality and operational excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape data infrastructure that powers Stripe's growth.
