Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for code review and testing * Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud a major plus * Familiarity with AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency. * Bonus points if you have experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality * Passion for education and a mission-driven mindset to improve learning outcomes. ## Description As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Business Systems Team, responsible for administration and support of Salesforce. You will join a team that handles everything from ETL integration configurations, 3rd party application support and everything Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Business Systems supports Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, and HR teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, understand their business needs and translate them into efficient solutions. You will also mentor and train other members of the team to ensure our team is continually growing our skills.
