U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years' prior relevant experience * Experience troubleshooting hardware in a factory environment * The ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience with interpretation of technical documentation * Experience leading teams or projects * Knowledge and ability to apply CORE principles and techniques * Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) * Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines in a team environment * Innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and keeps pace with advances in technology * Experience with automated tooling, machinery and programming ## Description As a Program Engineer you'll provide engineering support to the Program(s), leveraging their knowledge of operations and their network of operations contacts in order to facilitate alignment of needs and resources of both operations and the program office. In this multi-faceted role you'll communicate between Program and Manufacturing Engineers around changes to the Technical and Manufacturing Data Packages. You'll also assist the Program Operations Manager in communicating CDRL requirements, program tasks and objectives, projects, etc. to the operations Manufacturing Engineers and you'll provide input to the Program Office regarding operations capabilities and constraints.
