## About the Role

* Master's Computer Science preferred
 * 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud engineering experience, plus 10+ years of relevant work experience
 * Expert-level experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows (our CI/CD pipelines and test suites run in containers)
 * Experience building and integrating APIs for platform connectivity and automation
 * Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
 * Production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
 * Strong understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills for infrastructure and deployment issues

Priority Skills:

 * Experience with SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale
 * Experience integrating multiple third-party platforms and services
 * Experience with API testing and integration patterns
 * Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and compliance requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 * Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, etc.)
 * Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing
 * Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Professional, CKA, Terraform Associate

## Description

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and automation for a SaaS Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability while working closely with engineering, security, and product teams.

 * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes
 * Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
 * Deploy, configure, and support scalable environments across development, testing, staging, and production
 * Build and maintain infrastructure for integrating multiple platforms and services via APIs
 * Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment and operational workflows
 * Design and implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for platform health and performance
 * Provide test execution infrastructure and integrate test automation into deployment pipelines
 * Integrate automated security and compliance scanning into CI/CD pipelines
