* Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, APIs, microservices, system architecture, and cloud concepts.
 * Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager in the BFS domain.
 * Experience in BFS areas such as payments, lending, cards, digital banking, or core banking.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem?solving skills.
 * Hands?on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
 * Ability to manage both strategic product planning and detailed technical execution.

## Description

* Lead end?to?end delivery of technology initiatives within the BFS domain by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
 * Drive product roadmap discussions, gather business requirements, and translate them into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
 * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning with engineering and cross?functional teams.
 * Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to support API/microservices discussions, integration patterns, and cloud?related solutioning.
 * Oversee project governance, RAID logs, cross?team alignment, vendor coordination, and release management activities.
 * Deliver product documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes to support business readiness and audit compliance.
